Quarles service has been consistent and timely even without the need to contact the company to refuel our tank. Pricing is market driven, which we understand and have no issue with.
One concern, which was noted to Quarles personnel during the most recent service delivery was the tank needs to be addressed. The top does not lock down and a dial like part on top of the tank is also loose. We asked the employee to address this but she responded that she did not have the equipment at the time of the delivery (refueling) to do so. In response, we asked the employee to report this condition, including having someone come back to address the conditions we asked to be corrected. To date (and its been approximately 2 weeks since the delivery and our request) no follow up has been completed nor has any response on this concern been communicated to us by Quarles. We wonder if what we expressed concern with was even reported. While service has not been interrupted, we do request that Quarles follow up to make any/all repairs to the tank that serves our home.
Other than the above, we are and have been very pleased with our service from Quarles.

Superior propane. I read a lot of bad things about them, but I find the company to be quite helpful and deliver great customer service. The cold weather and shortage events placed a great demand and I believe Quarles/Superior did a good job

We don't have to call for refills. I'm a little confused on the budget plan, it would be nice to get a balance upon delivery as I really don't know if I owe or not. The balance is shown on the statement of $939 (+/-) that is due, but then it reads balance is 0.00 do not pay.
I rec'd the invoice on Thursday, tried calling a couple different numbers listed, and could not get an answer. I called the 24 hr number and also could not get an answer. I'm concerned as I haven't made a payment towards the budget plan in some time. Other than this, you're great!

The monitoring system is a joke. I have a propane fire place insert that runs about 6 hours a day. The monitor would show no usage in a 10 day period. I am guessing that is why the scheduler kept putting off my delivery.
