My delivery person was Kimo. He is, without a doubt, the nicest, most professional person I have had to deliver my propane. He was so conscientious about respecting my landscaping. He read the notes in my file that indicate I do not want trucks to back down my driveway because some have caused significant damage in the past. He called in advance, as requested, to give time to move my vehicles to ensure there would be no difficulty maneuvering his truck. He did everything right! As the person on the front line representing the company, he is critical to the impressions customers have. He should be recognized and appreciated for playing his role so effectively.
