Very quick and professional check in and the physician (name was Gail and I did not get last name or spelling) was so friendly, professional, knowledgable and helpful. I was very impressed by the facility and staff. Unfortunately my insurance in future will be BSW Senior Advantage andI was informed you are not affiliated with BSW although you carry the name. I have never been to this particular facility before. It was so nice and didn’t feel like a hospital as we walked in. The staff, doctors and nurses were great. I have already recommended this facility to friends.
It's flu season and there was no easily visible hand sanitizer.
Staff made me feel very hurried.
Returned to post op room after a colonoscopy soaked in liquid stool that no one had bothered to clean up. Staff had a difficult time finding supplies to clean me and did not offer any help.

Customer service exceeded my expectations
I had a very good experience with all aspects of my visit. The receptionist was very pleasant, and the registration process was smooth and easy. My nurse, Amy, was very attentive, as was the case with all of the medical staff that I interacted with.

It’s not a vacation but when you have surgery you want people that are kind compassionate and competent. Someone that can get an IV in without it being ordeal. People that lower the anxiety level. The people at Baylor Frisco did this and I am very grateful.
