Had an out patient surgery on a Saturday and the nurses were the best! They stayed with me the entire time I was recovering and were there for my every need. I truly felt special as they didn't leave me side. I highly recommend.
Staff is amazing. Hospital is excellent.

Front desk person who is customer facing/customer service is hostile, has an attitude problem, and is disrespectful. As a person of color and her being white, I can’t help if racism plays some aspect of it. It was so bad that I started recording her interaction with me and I was shaking. I was nothing but polite to her. My recommendation is not to have such a disrespectful and/or racist person being front facing to customers— especially when she is dealing with people we are getting procedures/surgery and are already stressed out. The reason this isn’t a zero is because upper management calmly discussed my issue and quickly resolved it without any hostility.
I liked everything about Baylor Scott and White Frisco!! Amazing place, with amazing staff. Each and every person who take care of me there was so gracious and kind, and great at what they do. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

The labor and delivery, postpartum, NICU, and lactation staff are amazing. Erin, the lactation specialist was so motivational, comforting, and made me feel so confident about my journey. I’m so incredibly grateful for everyone who was a part of our delivery journey and continues to be a part of our NICU experience.
Drs and Nurses were very attentive.pleasant, considerate and kind. I was treated very well once I was taken back in preparation for my procedure. The front desk could have been a bit more pleasant, but they were busy, so I understand when you're busy it isn't really about being pleasant, but putting a professional face on getting patients registered and ready for the Drs and Nurses, so I didn't take it personal. As a patient, it was more important that the Drs and Nurses who actually took care of me be kind and they were 100% amazing!
I was visiting the Frisco area from San Antonio. I called first to ask about wait time and the type of medical service I needed. The lady on the phone was incredibly friendly and inviting. Once I arrived I was treated so well and everyone moved with such a sense of urgency. This was probably the greatest urgent care experience I have ever had.

Got all the tests done to make sure I didn't have an immediate life threatening problem.. doctor, nurses and staff was really helpful.
Our doctor called the er and told them we were on our way.
The folks at front desk understood the urgency of getting husband fit with a catheter. They checked him in pronto super fast and radioed to nursing station that he was ready for triage in a super fast manner. We were the only ones in the waiting room. And then we waited, and waited. i then walked to the double doors and watched a man eventually head toward me eating food. I thought to myself that couldn't be our nurse as he was almost walking backwards he was strolling so slow as he headed our way. Snails pace sloooow saunter would be an under statement.
He took us into a room, fit husband with a catheter using NO lidocaine. No KY jelly. My husband experiend extreme pain as a result. EXTREME. After that he Yelled at me when i asked him twice to raise my husbands head “i need his leg at this angle to fit the leg bag”! I didnt ask him to raise his legs, i asked him to raise his head by adjusting the bed or placing a pillow under his head. He tried to discharge us without seeing the dr. Said not necessary. We asked to see the dr anyway and he brought dr in. My husband asked the nurse when the burning at catheter sight would subside. He said he didn’t know. This nurse had no empathy and we were extremely disappointed. Especially considering the stellar patient care my husband received earlier in the day while in your hospital for shoulder surgery.
We called the urologist the following day and learned lidocAine is standard procedure and ky jelly to alleviate pain. I would like to speak with the er mgr regarding this manner. I can be reached at Phone number removed.
