Everyone was kind and made sure my husband, baby, and I were always comfortable and taken care of.
A touch more heart and character would be a good start. Profit before people is a very bad look. That was my take away and what I will tell anyone who asks in the future.
So professional. Receptionist to RN to Doctor to diagnosis in and out in 20-25 mins. Please it the report and the place rocks, nice and new, no lines to boot. Best medical experience in my 50 years. Boom.

I was charged over $600 for an influenza test and strep test when I was expecting a bill of $50. I understand I was told physicians bill separately, but why are the tests billed at full price? I would not recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for an urgent care, as these are not urgent care prices. I was seen for a total of 10 min and am paying as much as I would for an ER visit.

The care
The waiting room was very cold and I was early for my appointment time. I had to wait another 1.5 hours before I was admitted to the surgery prep area. My arrival time was scheduled for 9:00 AM and it was 10:30 before I went to the prep area. Your scheduling time needs help. Does your management react to my comments or is this a waste of my time.
I asked for a payment receipt for $260.00 but never got one.
