The entire staff from the front desk registration to the Nurse and Doctors at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Frisco Emergency Room were amazing! I did not have to wait a long time to be seen and once seen they made feel at ease.

The staff was friendly and available. You respected our sleep and rest but also showed up to check on us.
You should not do hearing test through contractor. Because they are not in-network with any insurance which cause inconvenience to the patient. Most nurses are ok not great on their service.
