It was great. We were seen quickly. Everyone was wonderful.
I would recommend offering eye protection during colonoscopy procedures.
I woke up with an abrasion on my cornea.
Apparently my left eye must have been open and rubbed against a sheet or blanket during the procedure at some point. My optometrist mentioned another patient had the same experience last month.
The facility has a very comfortable environment. The furniture is lovely and comfortable. The reception staff, nurses and doctors are all amazing. I wouldn’t want to be treated by any other hospital.

Your hospital is extremely clean and very friendly! From the moment you check in at the front desk anti the time you are discharged everyone is so nice. I hope this hospital stays as nice and neat as it is for a very long time!!

Great experience at Baylor Scott & White Frisco! It looked and felt more like a resort than a hospital. Everything was extremely well organized and efficient. I can’t say that I enjoyed my visit but the team made this procedure as pleasant as it could have possibly been.
Dr Aras rude and his diagnosis was incorrect even after I told him the problem.
Good service. Clean and not crowded. Excellent Care.
I was in there on Tuesday this week. I’m still having a bad cough. I’m still taking all the meds. Should i come back in to be checked?

They take good care of me and tell me what's wrong and move me to another facility if they have to but most of the time they can take care of my problem and I don't have to sit there and wait for hours before I can see a doctor

A big shoutout to Kate H and Ali H in Labor & Delivery - I am so grateful for their encouragement, positivity and dedication. They are both truly angels who made my labor and delivery experience nothing but positive, comfortable, stress-free and special. Thank you for all that they did throughout the entire birth process. No words can express how thankful I am and how incredible they were to my husband and me.
Another thank you to Maddie and Stacy, our son's nurses, who helped us and our son in postpartum. They were both so kind, patient, and caring, and went above and beyond to help my husband and me and make sure our son was well taken care of.
Lastly, a big thank you to Dr. Holt, who has made my entire pregnancy and birth so positive and stress-free. My labor and recovery has been quick, easy, and so much more positive than I could have imagined.
Overall, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience, and it's all because of the incredible staff who helped us throughout our Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum care. THANK YOU to the Baylor Frisco team.
I was there for my c section and the staff there took care of me like a princess. I would definitely recommend Baylor and Scott-Frisco to everyone 😇
