Welcoming Nurse Tanner deserves a bonus for making me feel expected and efficiently guiding me through the introductory setup with calm good humor and knowledge. .
I was having an allergic reaction to medication. Dr Lee dismissed my concerns and accused me of seeking narcotics. I was in severe pain and could not move. The nurse did not assist me at any point in time.

From the check-in lady to the man who walked me back for prep and everyone of the nurses that I dealt with made me feel relaxed,comfortable and kept me aware of all that was going to happen. Also the lady that wheeled me out and waited with me until my ride showed up. Dr. Burleson was wonderful and another calming influence on me. I have no family so they all made me get through this procedure. I have never been toa hospital as clean and inviting as this one. Thank you all

SurgiCenter Staff is always friendly, comforting, efficient and caring From the time they take me back to Room to Discharge. Bob is a wonderful Anesthesiologist so always have complete faith in my care.
Hospital Front Desk staff needs more training to get back to quality it used to be last year
The entry doesn’t feel or look like a badly designed 1970s office space. The low light is inviting not harsh there are ample people to assist visitors and someone checking if people look lost. It’s so much nicer than grapevine; it puts you so much more at ease

Everything about Facility, Doctor, & Staff was great!
Did not make any effort to treat patients.
If I could give a negative 100 I would the doctor and nurse had not remorse on my condition they just wanted me gone I went to a clinic and was treated the right way. I am going to call a lawyer and say I went in with pain and Baylor and Scott did not offer me any pain medication as I felt like I was dying. Who ever my doctor is just know karma does exist

Excellent care and concern from the nurses and staff during my recent surgery. My doctor was very personable and thorough as well, and followed up with me afterward. Overall great experience.
The nursing staff was amazing, the doctor acted like I was just a bother. I wish instead of spending $100's -$1000's you could have just handed me an instruction sheet on how to treat my Covid. You gave me a Tylenol, Motrin and water and sent me on my way. I could have done this at home.
