All staff were welcoming, warm, thorough and kept checking on me. Marissa, Reception; Reba, Prep Nurse; Stephanie, OR Nurse, Walter, Nurse Anesthetist; Kaley, Post Op Nurse; Cochise, Post Op/Discharge and the male reception desk staff who asked my wife if she needed help with the coffee machine. BSW Frisco is top notch and ranks with BSW The Heart Hospital Plano.

We truly had the best experience! All nurses and staff were so helpful and gave so much information and help to make sure we were comfortable and ready for what was coming. They were also so helpful with all my questions that I had through out every part of delivery and postpartum.
Floureacent color lighting in lobby. Lobby architecture in general is very unattractive. Medical staff and results were great.
