My daughter took a 2 week swim class at the Y and she had an amazing experience! The instructors were professional, friendly, and excellent about working with preschool-aged children. I would highly recommend the YMCA for swim classes!

What do you like about your Y experience?

I love the swim class teachers. They have lot of knowledge of what to do to become a better swimmer. Also, all of them are very friendly.

What do you like about your Y experience?

I like that all the desk workers know my name. I like that they offer a special exercise class for folks with Parkinson's Disease and that the teachers are knowledgeable about the disease and can tailor the class to fit the needs of those attending on a given day. I also like having a wellness center to work out in on days that the PD Strong class is not scheduled.
