The service for the elevator itself is good. The phone service people when someone is stuck in the elevator is not very good. I know because I did get stuck in the elevator. The person who came on line was not very helpful.

Services and sales are great. Very courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. Product seems well made and sturdy. Had problem with electric foot rest but was addressed in a timely manor.
When I called Arrow Lift to inquire about a stair lift in our home, The representative came the next day, did not try to sell me more than I needed, so I placed my order. The lift was installed the next day, and it has worked flawlessly ever since. I like to maintain my mechanical equipment, so I opted for a maintenance contract. The annual service on my lift was completed a few days ago, and I am satisfied with the work done. Our home is 2 level with walkout basement, and we use both levels daily, so the lift fills a real need for me. I am also glad I purchased the lift before I had a fall, rather than after. I have osteoarthritis, which makes both ascending and descending stairs problematic.
