After looking up reviews and complaints about Acorn and Stannah stair lifts on the Internet, I decided to call Arrow Lift in Duluth. A representative came to our home the next day. We agreed on the model best suited to our needs. He measured our stairway. We placed an order, paid a deposit, and the lift was installed next day. It has worked flawlessly for 2 years now. We've just had an annual maintenance checkup, and are good to go another year. I have arthritis, and the stair lift makes it possible for me to access both levels of our home safely and without pain. Most important, we decided to purchase a stair lift before I suffered a fall.

First of all, the product delivered to our house over 6 years ago has performed flawlesslly. The Arrow lift service technicians have been to the house every year and spend at least one hour doing over the lift and making sure that all of the lift is functioning normally. They have replaced the batteries ( which by the way get charged every time it goes up or down the stairs) at least two times just to make sure that it always functions normally. We are very please with our stair lift and the service of Arrow Lift.

The service for the elevator itself is good. The phone service people when someone is stuck in the elevator is not very good. I know because I did get stuck in the elevator. The person who came on line was not very helpful.
