We normally don't have a problem with our service. However your tech did not make the 1st appointment so I called to rescedule. Now I don't know whether or not he actually was there this time either because he evidently did not check in with or leave a service sheet with our secretary. I am waiting for the notice of a clean inspection because the State is asking me for it. Please get some info to md ASAP.

great service the only thing i never get the reports from the inspection.
I have 2 stair climbers 1 was new and 1 was used. I have had excellent service from Arrow Lift, and have called for service several times.. A couple of times I was able to fix the problem over the phone with their instructions. Another time a repairman was sent and it was a minor problem quickly resolved.
In person or over the phone you can count on the employees at Arrow Lift.

I bought a Sienna 600 lift 6 years ago. I have osteoarthritis and it has enabled me to stay in our 2 level home. In fact we hope and expect that it will enable both my wife and me to stay in our home rather than moving into assisted living. Also, the maintenance service we have enjoyed from Arrow Lift has been excellent. I have already recommended Stannah lifts and Arrow to friends.

They came when needed to repair the lift. They came within the time frame for the tuneup/check up on the lifts. We have had only one problem in the 2 and 1/2 years since they were installed.
