Except for the emergency phone systems which are lousy and don’t last for years like POTS units, all other elements of the VPL are quality and with proper preventive maintenance, last for years. The technician predominantly taking care of the VPL is excellent and very knowledgeable.

Kacey drove two hours to look at the stairs and give us a price for the lift. Since I had fallen down the stairs and broke my ankle, my wife decided we needed a new one. The lift came and was installed in a couple of hours. My wife had a hip replacement and hadn’t been in the basement for a year. Now she enjoys sitting on the chair and riding down to the basement. We should have installed the chair lift long ago.

The whole process from start to finish was flawless. Called for an estimate, had the nicest sales rep meet me at my 92 year old mother's house (who was not happy about this at all!), obtained approval received from family members and installation completed all in less than a week. The installation technician was extremely efficient, adjusted the chair as needed which required some additional work as my mother is only 4'7" and I wanted to make sure her feet touched the ground getting on and off. Immaculate and precise in his workmanship. Stayed with us until my mother was comfortable running it on her own.
Within a day of using it she absolutely loves it and wishes she hadn't been so stubborn for the years that it took me to convince her!
