I had a problem only once and now I can't remember what it was. But I do recall, that someone came very soon and easily corrected the problem and the chair was back in business.

I have had no experience with other stairlift services, so I cannot do any comparisons. All I can say is that Arrow Lift and Stannah brand stairlift have been flawless for us the past 4 years. When I decided to purchase a stairlift, I called Arrow lift and a sales representative came to our home the next day, measured our stairway, submitted a proposal which seemed reasonable to me, so I closed the deal. The stairlift was installed the following day and has worked flawlessly ever since.

The tech are good and solve any problems we have. It is sometimes hard to reach a person on the phone to ask questions or schedule appointments. I doubt if we would look elsewhere if our left needed to be replaced.
