Jacob was very nice, fast worker but still did his work well. The chair works good. Just wish it could have been delivered sooner. We had to wait 4 weeks for it to be installed and by that time the one it was installed for was too weak to use the chair. 5 days after it was installed he died, never having using it.

Our salesperson Chuck Haselrud was very professional and was able to answer our questions. The installer that came did a fantastic job with the install and also with training us on how to use the chairs. He was able to give the electricians a better idea of how things could be wired in to keep all wires hid and the appearance of our church very neat and clean!
