Upon calling Arrow Lift I received very friendly and courteous service. The salesman arrived on time for his appointment and was very up to date on the products. He was able to address all of my concerns as well as work with me on pricing. The installer also arrived on time, was very professional, courteous and walked me through all of the steps that he was doing for the install as well as a complete and thorough training course on the operation of the lift. I was very pleased with the entire process and would recommend Arrow Lift to anyone looking for a product such as this. I got my Arrow Lift in Nov 2018 and it has been a life saver for me. I can now go downstairs to get my laundry done and to retrieve other things stored in my basement. Wonderful!!!

The lift get used many times throughout the day and the week. Comes in handy when a new tenant moves in because there is an open ceiling.
