You service person, Mike Flood, is extremely methodical and thorough in his 6-month check. He is also respectful of our home, removes his shoes to protect the wood floor and carefully places his tool bag without scratching anything. When we have had mechanical ir electrical issues he has quickly returned our elevator to service.

Except for the emergency phone systems which are lousy and don’t last for years like POTS units, all other elements of the VPL are quality and with proper preventive maintenance, last for years. The technician predominantly taking care of the VPL is excellent and very knowledgeable.
