My mom loves the chair. It has given her more access to my house and purpose for doing more activities. I did have to put post-its on each control numbered in the order on use. It really helps for those days when her memory isn’t the best!

I had a problem only once and now I can't remember what it was. But I do recall, that someone came very soon and easily corrected the problem and the chair was back in business.
I called for the annual maintenance and someone came within a few days. Cleaned and checked both of our chairs, all was well, and still is.
