I like that we can set an appointment date and approximate time for your tech to check out our lift. Hardly know they were there! The tech always leaves a clean worksite which I really appreciate.

My mom loves the chair. It has given her more access to my house and purpose for doing more activities. I did have to put post-its on each control numbered in the order on use. It really helps for those days when her memory isn’t the best!
