Quick and efficient. I needed a lift installed unexpectedly when I fell and broke my hip. Arrow lift had a representative out the next day to give us an estimate. It was installed within a week in time for me when I returned home. Now I’m able to have access to my entire home.
I’m in the construction business, commercial and high end homes. Most of the buildings have elevators. Deal with lots of different companies from foundation to finish. Having to deal with Arrowlift from idea to finish product, was really great and I believe that I ended up with finish elevator better than the ones I deal with in the business. Great product and design, you were really great to work with. Other outfits, not so much.

Good service and it is easy to operate. No problem in almost 10 years.
We have 2 of the stair steppers, living room to the basement, and garage to the basement. The representative was on time, cleaned and checked out both units. Some of the carpet on the stair stepper was loose and lifted up, but when he left, it was all fixed like new. Completely satisfied with the quality of work.

When I decided I needed and wanted a stair lift, I opted for Arrow Lift, Duluth, MN, because of their proximity to my home. Then I read the reviews of as many stairlift companies as I could find on the Internet, and I realized I'd made the right choice. When I called Arrow Life, a sales representative came to my home the next day, measured my stairway and explained my options. Then I made my choice and paid my deposit. Several hours later I received a phone call from a technician asking if he could install it the next day. My Sienna 600 has worked flawlessly for 3 years. I do have and pay for a service contract and have had annual maintenance service calls. I have osteoarthritis that makes stair climbing both perilous and painful, so a stairlift is a lifesaver for me, since my wife and I use both levels of our home daily.
