The installer was great! He took his time to install the chair lift. He addressed all our questions and isssues concerning using the chair lift.

People are very helpful, took the time to discern my specific needs. You had things available Acorn said were not available, i.e. swivel chair at top & bottom & extension and retraction of rail. Also, your annual maintenance contracts are much more reasonable than Acorn's.
I have already and will continue to recommend you over Acorn.

From promptness is getting a quote to promptness of installation the service couldn't have been better. The chair lift itself is first class in quality and looks and has served my wife extremely well as she continues her struggle with cancer. The price is about what we expected, and the installation, which took about 6 1/2 hours was done by two very experienced and personable technicians with respect for our environment and who took the time to familiarize us with the chair lift's operation.
I highly recommend Arrow Lift to anyone needed a chair lift.

Very good service by salesman, Mike Juhas and outstanding service and competence by DelMario Watts who installed it and stayed late (well after dinner time) to finish the installation. He was also very knowledgible and very pleasant to deal with.
