The Stannah stair lift is very good quality. Arrow salesperson Dave was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and not pushy at all. They delivered everything they promised on time. The installer DelMario was very thorough, professional and good at what he does. He took the time after a long day installing the lift to demo it and show us how to use it as well as answering all our questions.

Our new Stannah stairlift Model 600 has eliminated the burden of going up and down from first to second floor for a couple in their eighties. It meets our requirements at a price we can afford. Dealing with Arrow Lift was a pleasant experience from the show room displaying several available models, the visit to our home to finalize the needed hardware and finally the installation completed in one day; all within two weeks.
Service has been very good. The appointment is made and tech has always been on time and willing to explain the why’s and how’s.
As for the equipment, it has not been in operation long enough to comment, so far so good.
The salesman was great and the installer was great, too. Both spent plenty of time with us explaining things about the product and how to use it.

The technicians have always been very polite, first asking if any problems have occurred since the last inspection. They go about doing all necessary checks; wheel wear, stop switches, charging at bottom & top, finishing with cleaning the rails. Before they leave they ask if there are any questions on operation or any other concerns about the chair lift. I feel very confident of continuing operation of the chair lift after the inspection.
