The stairglide is amazing, very sturdy & quiet. We have 16 stairs to navigate & it would limit my husband's ability to take care of things downstairs if we didn't have it. The technician who installed my mother's chair was just back to perform a check-up. He was so nice to my mom. I appreciate that it was the same person. I feel trust in this company. We had two horrible chair systems from 101Mobility replaced by Arrowlift and the quality has been 500% better. The Stannah system is built much more solid, the installation was done correctly (the previous chairs were not installed correctly) and being able to visit the show room this time around before buying allowed me to see that quality. I was able to direct my mom's friend to Arrowlift and she also is thrilled were her system! Thank you for helping me keep my mother in her home where her memories were made with my dad and our family.

David St. John, our salesman. was outstanding. His knowledge of the product was EXCEPTIONAL. The showroom was a great plus in helping us make our decision. The tecnician, Lawrence, was courteous, professional, took time to explain what he was doing and explained the operation of the unit in detail.
The sales rep was able to find us a used stairlift which was very nice. The installation person was very courteous and knowledgeable. The lift seems to be of good quality.
