First we were very pleased to meet David and hear about your product. He was very professional explaining the install process and the several safety features including the foot rest, seat and arm rests.
The installers were very good and fast. But they did take time to explain the process and even let me try it out several times.
It has only been a week since my new Cadillac lift was installed and I am so comfortable and confident going down to the basement. I can now do my laundry and shower without my daughter having to come over a couple times a week. Now when she comes we can visit or go out for lunch.

I was very happy to meet David ST John He met us at the showroom and encouraged me to use the chairs there instructing on what to do. He visited me at my house to look over the basement stairs and the upstairs stairs and later advised us as to which chair would be the best for me. Later he brought the representative from England to look advise uson the curved staircase He also showed us the proposed diagrams that they would install. On installation day the installer was extremely professional and advised me and my son the proper procedures of using the chair. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Arrow Lift andlooking forward to the installation of my upstairs chair life. I have thanked Mr St John and happy to give him credit for a very pleasant experience

The guy that came out to service my chair was very thorough. He goes over everything and explains it. He makes sure the chair is in great working condition before he leaves! He takes pride in his work.

The product that you installed has provided me with the assistance I need. However, what puts you over the top, in my estimation, is your service department. Your service techs have taken care of the chairs superbly. Mike, the service manager in Cleveland, is one of your company's best assets. I had a stroke and depend on my chairs for movement through my house. When I call him I truly believe he really cares and gets me the service I need as soon as physically possible. Yours is a great company.
I have purchased and use two elevators to make our three level home more accessible after surgery that caused partial paralysis. One is pneumatic and the other is standard cable driven. They work very well. From the beginning, Mike Juhas in sales and Mike Klatt in service have been great to deal with and are very responsive to any minor issues we had, especially in the beginning.

Michael Klatt is a good knowledgeable man to start with. But then it depends on the serviceman. I am ALWAYS SATISFIED
WITH THOMAS JACOB. He sometimes fixes the problem others have left.
Your worksheet is DIFFICULT to read, cluttered with 4 dates at top. Would like to see service date somewhere AT TOP.
Also Servicemans Name is sometimes NOT
on sheet, possibly cause its at bottom, IF seen, and gets cut off in printing process.?
