We live the top notch knowledgeable service provided. We looking for the chair lift that would best meet our needs Arrow provided the information, knowing the lift cost more than others. This is the best lift for is, and the service is top flight!
First, I did some research on the chair lifts that Arrow Lift offered. The salesman knew his products and added to the information I had. He demonstrated all products. The installers were very knowledgeable about the installation of the lift chair. They made sure that not only did the chair work as designed, but made sure my wife knew how to operate it. They didn't leave until she felt confident in going up and down the stairs. Followup maintenance checks, the extra contract I opted for, are entailed, checking all functions, lubrication and cleaning of the rails. Very pleased with all the techs. and the product.
I am very pleased with the installation and operation of the Stannah 600 Stair Lift. I really thought the installation went well, and I was very pleased with the installer Thomas Jacob.
What I can say about Arrow Lift ,in general, is that from the first time your sales person arrived at our home until the job of installing our elevator was complete Your entire staff was professional and practical in their approach to the project.

Your representative, David St. John, was very polite and thorough in his explanation of the features of your stairlifts. He hosted us at your showroom in Beachwood and demonstrated the various models and options available. After we decided to purchase your products, the installer, DelMario Watts, did an excellent job in installing both stairlifts in our house. He made sure that my wife understood how to operate the stairlifts and made sure she tried them out and was satisfied with the installation. Overall, we were very happy with our purchase and we use the stairlifts every day!
Elevator is working just fine. Service personnel are very cordial and seem to enjoy what they do.
To date, those who have been sent out know the equipment and are able to answer any specific questions. Being prompt for their scheduled arrival times has been extremely beneficial.

The technician who installed the the unit was excellent. Very helpful in explaining operation of stair lift once installed. A 3 point safety belt was installed and he agreed that it was difficult to satisfactorily operate. He recommended the 5 point safety belt for my immobile wife. He called it in for ordering and Arrow Lift will install upon its arrival at no extra charge. Arrow Lift staff at the office were excellent to work with. It's apparent the company is well versed in customer service.

Services were timely and I was told if I needed service before the given date to call and they would make it happen. Since I am not pysically dependent on the stair chair,at this time I could wait. We have not had any trouble with the chair and the only thing wrong was the battery and the work was done politely and timely.
