The Stannah stairlift we bought is solid!! The motorized swivel seat is wonderful. The controls are easy to use. We bought a horrible stairlift from a different company a year ago that had terrible service and a terrible product. The Stannah stairlift is a thousand times better!! My mother now feels safe and isn't hurting herself trying to swivel the chair at the top of her stairs. The salesperson and installer were professional, informative, caring and reliable. Thank you so much for helping my mother keep her independence in the home she made with my dad 47 years ago!

Stair lift we purchased last year works great. It it used daily during business hrs. We just had are yearly service completed by DelMario Watts he is great Technician and you can see that he knows a lot about your products and is very curtious.
The lift always works with little to no repairs. All of the service tech's are very through and before the leave explain everything about the service.
