The technicians have always been very polite, first asking if any problems have occurred since the last inspection. They go about doing all necessary checks; wheel wear, stop switches, charging at bottom & top, finishing with cleaning the rails. Before they leave they ask if there are any questions on operation or any other concerns about the chair lift. I feel very confident of continuing operation of the chair lift after the inspection.

I am very satisfied with the performance of my Arrow Lift chair. As I told the installers "it could go a little faster", but they said no. The installers were very kind and made sure I understood how the chair worked. I've had my first year's inspection to make sure everything is working correctly. Everything went well with that service call.
