My sales rep, David StJohn went above and beyond helping me find the right stair lift for my father. I live in another state but he accommodated my schedule when I came to town, answered all questions and had my father test drive the stair lifts in the storeroom. I was able to ask questions about all lifts and make my decision based on my father's specific needs. There was never any hard sale and I felt comfortable making my decision. While in California I researched several stair lift companies but was happy I chose Arrow Lift.
