You guys know how much I love you - I don't even look for a bike anywhere else. The personalized service is bar none. Matt is a genius and deserves a raise. :-) You never roll your eyes when I come in with a question or concern about my bike (or if you do, you do it when I'm not looking, which is appreciated). :-)

I came shopping for a set of tires and was given all the information I needed to make a good decision. The salesman took down four possible tires for comparison and explained the pros and cons of each type, geared to what I had told him about my style of riding. He made a sale of two tires and one inner tube. Success on both sides.

It was SO nice of you to change my punctured tire at 5:30 pm when you were super busy and I reeeeally needed it the next morning!!!! It's is extremely kind of your staff to service commuters as a priority:)

I came in without an appointment for an emergency fix to my bike, your staff warned me that it's a very busy time but they were able to get me back riding again within a few days. The products are all good quality and I like that you keep a record of me in your system. The service is really good and responsive and I LOVE that you are a local business. I was taken to WPC in my 10th birthday to get a bike. 37 years later you are still there, a part of the neighbourhood.
