After suffering a negative and non productive experience at a competitor's shop, I turned to West Point. Matt, Jan and all staff were courteous and respectful. Jeff the technician repaired my Shimano powered Evo Fastway 7.0. Jeff listened to what I had to tell him about the bike's issues and repaired the bike, no B.S., no ego's to deal with. When the work was completed, I was given a written record of the repairs and billed a fair price for services rendered. The overall experience left me with the feeling that I was dealing with cyclists. Five Stars! I can't recommend West Point more highly for repairs.

Excellent customer service! Though it feels off to even use that term, as WPC seems more like a group of cyclist peers who help hook you up with what you're looking for, rather than a business aiming to maintain/grow their customer base. Reading that over, it sounds pretty Hallmark-y - yet it's true :)
