Prompt, efficient, mechanic did a really good job and took the time to go over his work and explain what he did. I had a broken spoke and he replaced it with one that matched the rest of the wheel. Everyone at Pro City goes out of their way to make sure my bikes, plural, are road ready. I bring them in, very used and abused, and they get me back on track without judgment. We are amateur cyclists who were looking to buy decent quality hybrid bikes for recreation cycling. We really enjoyed dealing with Matt and Alan. The staff at Trek are competent, no pressure professionals who know their stuff and don’t try to oversell to customers who aren’t hardcore cyclists. This was the first and only place we checked out. We instantly knew it was the right place for us. Our bikes were ordered and arrived quickly. On pick up we were surprised to run into another customer who we knew. He is a serious cyclist and he complimented us on coming to the best bike shop in Victoria . The whole experience was really positive for us and we are loving our quality bikes.
