The environment is very welcoming to all types of cyclists- women, kids, families, not just the hard core crowd. I never feel awkward or uncomfortable for not being hardcore. That matters a lot to the average commuter who wants a place to get a quality bike and great service and support after the sale.

Locally owned, a long time Victoria full-service bicycle business. Expert, friendly and professional staff - never a heavy sales pitch ! High quality bikes and merchandise. Fantastic technical support with Trek's maintenance department - and they are very reasonably priced...and only fix when broken - never unexpected work and/or charges !! Cannot say enough positive about Bill,Troy. Scott and their staff..Mitch, Al, Cam etc. Oh...must mention the commercial expresso machine and the in-house spin studio equipped with showers, and towels and expert leaders ! ps..and how much they give back to the cycling communtiy !!
