The environment is very welcoming to all types of cyclists- women, kids, families, not just the hard core crowd. I never feel awkward or uncomfortable for not being hardcore. That matters a lot to the average commuter who wants a place to get a quality bike and great service and support after the sale.

Prompt, efficient, mechanic did a really good job and took the time to go over his work and explain what he did. I had a broken spoke and he replaced it with one that matched the rest of the wheel. I appreciate his attention to detail. I'll be back. Until then I'll be enjoying riding my bike everyday, rain or shine! Thank you.
