The mechanics are meticulous in their work on my bikes, and on the service end they always seem to go the extra distance, whether that's helping out with a warranty claim, or ordering in custom parts for a build!
The owners and management also have an amazing track record of community involvement and support within the cycling community. They are the title sponsor of the Nolan Riding youth Enduro race team. They donate studio space for spin training year round, keep our bikes running and tuned, and supply our jerseys. More than a shop, these guys are community builders.

I truly like the "guys" who work there. They know the business. They are very friendly and attend to my needs. Owner Bill has a great crew working for him and he has been my "coach" since I started to road ride in April 2016.

I have been a longtime customer and have always treated excellent by all the staff at Trek, everyone is easily approachable and friendly. I made the mistake of asking what i have spent in total as a customer, was surprised but not concerned as the number doesn't matter when you receive great service from the Trek Victoria Team.
