Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and their willingness to help you with anything related to riding is wonderful! They try to get to know your name and so the service becomes more personal. They try to get things done as soon as they can for you...they have great emails informing of happenings in the shop, upcoming rides, courses, and events! Pro City is community minded as well.
