About 7 years ago i bought a trek ebike from the Trek store. After the bike was stolen last year I bought another trek ebike from your store. I have always received great service. I had not taken my bike in for its tune up during the period that it was covered but I was not charged for the work

Allan and team were fantastic. Immediately answered the phone and within minutes found a bike that would work for us. Still waiting for call backs from other competitors. Because of the great service, was happy to pay full price and give the business to this store. Many do not understand that if you shorten the transaction time, you will win more business with higher margins. This store gets it.

My headset was installed perfectly and fast, especially during this weird COV19 time, it was cleaned better than I do it, and your mechanics found and adjusted a bent derailleur hanger. All at a reasonable price.
