The staff treated us with respect and equality. There are many bike shops that are intimidating and condescending to me as an older female cyclist but I never feel that way at Trek.
Yesterday i purchased my new gravel bike and the experience was great.
Bill really helped me with the setup of my new bike and even tweaked my old bike to help make my ride more comfortable.
I took my first bike maintenance class at Trek many years ago. It meant a lot to be able to learn in a non threatening environment.
I also like that the Loft is used for classes and that Trek has enabled us to take spin classes in the parking lot with Saskia. I even got to shoot some hoops for the first time in years ( in their parking lot).
They also deserve kudos for the support of the Tour de Victoria.
I may not need to head to a shop often but when I do I’ll be heading to Trek.
Halder is an awesome member of your team and does a great job on my bike making it tick perfectly. Everyone is great. Thanks for being the best bike shop around.

Trek Bikes store in Victoria, BC is the premiere local bike store on Vancouver Island. The staff are top notch and know their products, and your needs and wants. I have never been steered wrong on a purchase (bikes, wheels, shoes, helmets, components, smart trainers). Definitely a 10 out of 10 on my scale.

About 7 years ago i bought a trek ebike from the Trek store. After the bike was stolen last year I bought another trek ebike from your store. I have always received great service. I had not taken my bike in for its tune up during the period that it was covered but I was not charged for the work
