Allan and team were fantastic. Immediately answered the phone and within minutes found a bike that would work for us. Still waiting for call backs from other competitors. Because of the great service, was happy to pay full price and give the business to this store. My headset was installed perfectly and fast, especially during this weird COV19 time, it was cleaned better than I do it, and your mechanics found and adjusted a bent derailleur hanger. All at a reasonable price.

While I waited in the parking lot to speak with a sales associate, I noticed how cheerful, professional and friendly all the staff were. When it was my turn I had to explain my situation to Scott. He was very patient and understanding. I knew what bike I was looking for, and explained why that particular bike fit my needs. Scott allowed me to take the bike for a test ride, he was smart enough to adjust the seat from a distance away. I ended up purchasing the TREK Verve as it was for comfort. I love my new bike! But I forgot to buy a bell.??? I had a bike rak for my car that was given to me. Way to complicated, so Scott freely helped me figure it out, and showed me how to attach it to my car, and loaded the bike for me. Thank you for all your help Scott!
