I like the people who work there from owners to mechanics to front end sales people. They are all knowledgeable and courteous. When you walk in it feels friendly and warm. Staff are willing to spend time and share their knowledge with no pressure to buy. Products are great and usually lots of selection of sizes, colors etc. Mechanics are good at what they do and are not hesitant to share their knowledge and excitement of biking.
