owners are awesome and care about biking. I know for a fact they give back to the community in support of cycling. I've been dealing with them for over 20 years ( well before they stated trek) and they give me the same service regardless of how much I spend annually. Other stores are great one day and not so much the other, not so at trek Victoria.
