I was very happy with my Ebike tune up and the English guy that checked me in, helped me get it off the rack and wheeled the bike in for me was very helpful. I would say I asked both coming in and on pick up if Scott was around because I know is mother. I was told he was around and that was it. I also said upon leaving I would tell my friends re tune up and price. There was no comment like oh that’s great, thanks. So I didn’t find the staff particularly friendly, perhaps because of my age. Not sure, but I am still recommending Trek tune ups to my ebike friends because it is a better deal than Veolix (spelling?).

You were able to get the job done ahead of time, which was great. Your mechanic, who worked on my bike, then took the time to explain what he found wrong and what may need attention in the future. So it was a very positive experience and my bike is working perfectly now.
