Bill took the time to walk me through pros and cons of different models. Delivery time was as promised. Assembly time was a bit longer than expected, but reasonable. They also made some last minute adjustments to the bike after I went for a test ride.

I was very happy with my Ebike tune up and the English guy that checked me in, helped me get it off the rack and wheeled the bike in for me was very helpful. I would say I asked both coming in and on pick up if Scott was around because I know is mother. I was told he was around and that was it. I also said upon leaving I would tell my friends re tune up and price. There was no comment like oh that’s great, thanks. So I didn’t find the staff particularly friendly, perhaps because of my age. Not sure, but I am still recommending Trek tune ups to my ebike friends because it is a better deal than Veolix (spelling?).

Scott, who greeted me, took the time to listen to my needs and suggested two bikes for a test ride. He then installed an adjustable stem that made the bike a very comfortable fit for me. On that day I was planning on visiting a few bike shops to narrow down my choices before purchasing but I found what I was looking for and the customer service exceeded my expectations.
