Fantastic team. Everyone very understanding as the customer. Tries to understand when a person wants to look alone and whether they want help. That is a very difficult decision for a sales person to make.. both types of customer .. the Person on their own, and the person that wants help can both complain. One complains about too much help. the other one not enough help.
Great store, great staff, great products
Very happy with my purchase in May 2023. I bought a dual sport ebike, been riding it to work about 40kms, and haven’t had many issues. I took it in for an adjustment, they tuned it all up at no cost!! A week later I blew a couple spokes, took it back and again fixed it all up at no cost. Very pleased with the level of service I’ve experienced. Thank you!!
