I arranged for a service for my e-bike. The work was completed in a very timely manner (same day!) at a reasonable price and a clear explanation of the work completed.

I greatly appreciated the very prompt service of my gravel bike. It was a simple wheel trueing that was required, they did it in 10 minutes while I browsed. That is the third time this level of service was provided. Very pleased and my go to shop for service and parts.

All of my cycling needs are met at the Trek Store in Victoria. Bike repair, accessories, clothing... I will buy my next new bike there when the time comes. I also feel very welcome! It's where everybody knows your name :). The staff is amazing!
