One minor quibble in this transaction was my request to leave the cables for me to do, and salvage the old disc brakes for a commuter project didn’t seem to make it into the work order. Perhaps I wasn't clear. Work done and price was great. Previous jobs have been fine.
Helpful, knowledgeable, seem to have my best interests in mind rather than upselling me on stuff I don't need so you have your best $$ interests in mind. Staff friendly. Highly recommend.

We like the fact that our bikes are lighter than most bikes in their class. The parts such as shifters and brakes and tires are a higher quality than most and the technology in the sprocket sizing makes for a more comfortable ride than most other non electric bikes on the market.
