The people that helped us purchase our trek bicycles were very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff that helped us set up the bikes for sizing and educating on how to take off, put front wheel back on were courteous and professional, sharing in our excitement of beautiful new bikes. It was very easy to do business with Trek Kingston when I had them service and repair my very old Schwinn Moab mountain bike. Easy drop off and pick, no up selling or adding on repairs, fair pricing and no surprises - what more could a customer ask for. I will be a return customer and will advertise for Trek Kingston.
