The employees' honesty. I scheduled my bike for a level 2 servicing, and the staff talked me down to a level 1 service, which meant less money in their pocket. Unlike some businesses where they try to upsell and add ridiculous charges, Trek Kingston didn't. Every person I talk to about my bike, I mention that store and how professional and friendly the staff is. I picked up my bike and noticed an immediate improvement in performance. The max rating is 10/10. If it was possible, my rating would be 12/10. Kudos to Trek Kingston and their amazing staff!!!!!!!!

everyone was super nice to me. i could just walk in with my bike, they fixed it within the same spay. i was not available to pick it up until tuesday and the kept it there for me. and they remembered me which is the best part!
