In the midst of the challenging business environment created by COVID, with frequent lockdowns and supply chain disruptions, the team at Trek Kingston still managed to deliver a great customer experience. They stayed in touch, kept us posted on a changing delivery schedule and, when received, had our bikes built, accessorized and delivered quickly and in perfect working order. All of this with professionalism, good humour and a focus on making sure we were set up for a great biking experience. We would recommend Trek Kingston to anyone.

Great selection of accessories to choose from. However we did require a new tire but with all the shortages we will need to wait a bit to get one. Not a big deal as it wasn’t an emergency to get one. The store is very accessible to get to as well with lots of parking close by. Friendly staff as well to assist with purchases.

Very good service. Trek repaired only what was required. The staff were friendly and professional and didn’t try to push unnecessary parts or accessories. I had been going to a repair shop in the west end until it changed ownership and service declined rapidly. I will use Trek for my service now.
