Trek sells high quality products in a professional non-pushy manner. But what I find outstanding is their service levels. They treat every bike that comes in through their doors as if it’s a Trek bike. They are friendly, informed and approachable. Any work that been done on my bike has been done in a manner that I would have done it myself.
