Staff are extremely helpful. I have purchased a bike from Trek, had tune ups , bike fitting ,and purchased accessories and clothing . Staff are very knowledgeable and explain things well. They communicate well when presenting issues with your bike during tune ups. I have told many friends about how impressed I am with Trek!

Since picking up my bike 2 days ago, I still haven't had a chance to take it for a spin due to the rain...but I'm going out today! The staff at Trek are all so nice and friendly! Greg helped me understand the differences in the 2 electric bikes I tried out and I was able to make my decision based on all the differences as well as the test drive. I know I'm going to love my e-Townie! There was always a constant flow of clients whenever we were there, and it was very obvious that Trek has a terrific reputation for both products and services.
