I wish you would become a NCM dealer. My CRU7s model e-bike is not fancy but has a very complete package - 19 aH battery, 8 speed derailleur and 6 power levels. I would like to give them as Christmas gifts, and you're the place for recipients to have maintenance for years of ownership.
I think they'd be a step up from trying to interface with Costco customers. If you inquire then keep me informed.
