Great service staff

I had a great experience at Trek Kingston getting my front fork replaced. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, but a huge shout-out to James for the expert mechanical work. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, so I never had to wonder about the status of my bike. Highly recommend this shop for any repairs!

Great service!

After taking my bike to Trek Kingston for service my bike is like new again. Level 2 services and some tubeless tires upgrades I'm ready to go for another season. I know when I drop.by bike off it's going to be taken care of.

The products are of really good quality. The staff at Trek Kingston stand behind their products.
Every time that I've walked in the store I've been treated with respects and with a true interest for what I'm looking for.
The service team is very professional. I get frequent updates on the status of my service, and a call if necessary. Just like with their products, the staff stand behind their service. If there is something that doesn't seem to be working the way that it's expected, they immediately inspect the bicycles to make sure that it's all working as it's supposed to. Otherwise, they get to work on whatever that needs to be fixed.

Trek bicycle always has great service, the people are very knowledgeable, and it isn’t intimidating at all for non cyclists. A lot of the stuff is expensive, but it is really high quality stuff.

Business is very close to my residence and staff are awesome...service on my bike was exceptional...friendly staff and service I can trust.
