I also appreciate that they will answer my many questions I have on bike mechanics, so I can keep my ride on the road between major mechanical break downs.

i use Treks services because they have always taken great care to return my bike in a safe and fully functional mode. Before taking action on an unknown problem , they consult before proceeding to resolve it. I have so much confidence now that I tell they fix whatever problems they find without consulting me. They are great technicians.
