Trek staff - every single one of them - respond to customers as though they are good friends. Whenever i come into the shop, regardless if it is just to say “hello” or if it is to request assistance with an adjustment on my Alinker or if it is to actually purchase a product, I receive exactly the same reception: Greeted with a warm and friendly smile, a “How can we help you today?”, and an earnest effort to provide the exact service or information or warm reception I am seeking. Walking into Trek feels exactly like entering an old neighbourhood General Store. Trek is as much a part of the ideal neighbourhood as the invitation in Mr. Rogers theme song expresses:

“ I have always wanted to have a neighbor just like you,
I’ve always wanted to live in a neighborhood with you.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They asked questions and provided me with an estimate within my budget to repair my bike and told me they would call if the cost had to increase based on what they found.

Your staff is among the friendliest, knowledgeable and down to earth I've encountered! It's so refreshing to visit a business where one feels comfortable to ask about anything. And the service is efficient too.

Had a good range of Trek bikes to view and even trial.
The shop was also busy servicing bikes but they hasd time to tallk with me.

I had four flat tires in the same wheel this summer but the Trek store in Burlington, Ontario could not find the problem.
Luckily Jon Barton at Trek in Kingston found a small sharp wire in the tire that had been repetitively puncturing the tube. I was so grateful for Jon's excellent prompt service and problem solving skills. All the staff in the Kingston store were so friendly and welcoming even though we were tourists passing through the area. They even offered us coffee for our short stay.
The store was amazing with a wide selection of bikes and accessories.
I highly recommend Trek Kingston!
