Clearly the best in their field - they repaired my Dutch-bought Gazelle bike easily and quickly to get me back in the road in the same day! I haven’t ridden a bike in years. Due to an unforeseen diagnosis my life has changed substantially. We are now a one car family and I needed a way to get around. We sold our other car and purchased an e-bike at TREK Kingston. I was worried going in because I’m so out of touch with the cycling world. A lot of cycling shops tend to a little elitist. Well, not this one!

Beth was remarkable. She really took the time to listen to my needs and we chose a bike! Needless to say I took my first ride and somehow ended up going 24 km in the rain and had the time of my life.

I can’t thank you enough!

It is nearly impossible to be disappointed when dealing with Trek Kingston

Trek products are top notch and they’re service is also top notch 👍 highly recommend.

Locally owned, team very knowledgeable, all very friendly and welcoming. Adult staff who truly know the products and can guide purchase decisions (not just a bunch of teenagers on summer break). Also they have a great kids play area so while you shop the little ones are happy.

Good products backed by Trek guarantees (frames wheels etc). The bike mechanic is a wizard, prior had brought in an older road bike that another shop said needed 1200$ in new drivetrain parts to fix a shifting issue. In 20 minutes the trek mechanic fixed the derailer hanger angle and boom fixed the problem for 20$ in labor fees.

This shop is the real deal and a gem for Kingston.

The controls were all explained thoroughly.
They will perform a free tune up.
And the bike is registered in case of theft.

Trek bikes (and accessories) are excellent products (and there is a variety of them) and the team at the Kingston ON. store is absolutely outstanding (professional, helpful, friendly). I would highly recomend this bike store to anyone without any hesitation.
