I was looking for a stem for my Trek Boone 7. I found a stem online but I wasn't certain it would fit so I contacted the Kingston Trek store online. They were helpful in finding one that would fit and held it for me since I live quite a ways from Kingston. It fit perfectly and was a reasonable price.

I experienced a welcoming atmosphere in the shop, as well as friendly and helpful staff. They were receptive and put me on a great bike. I know I have a reliable resource in the future for my cycling needs.

I wish you would become a NCM dealer. My CRU7s model e-bike is not fancy but has a very complete package - 19 aH battery, 8 speed derailleur and 6 power levels. I would like to give them as Christmas gifts, and you're the place for recipients to have maintenance for years of ownership.
I think they'd be a step up from trying to interface with Costco customers. If you inquire then keep me informed.
