West Point Main Street is an excellent bike shop! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
If you need a tuneup they’ll check everything out and only replace what’s worn out.

West Point Cycle is my go to place for all things related to biking. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance is always spot on. I can ask my many questions and get answers to them all. West Point gets full marks 10/10.

They had a product that I kind of imagine is hard to find, and when I found out that they couldn't process online orders over the weekend, they were happy to put in the request to cancel it and sell me the item in-store, excellent customer service and excellent product knowledge, thanks!
