Friendly service; clear explanations

It was done quickly a simple repair but it came in on the lower end of the estimate and that's always good and I'll bring my bike back there again for the next thing I had an accident and several things were damaged on my bike so one at a time I'm getting fixed the next item I will go there once again and have the work done there

You had a variety of helmets to choose from. The 2 people that served me knew the products and were able to answer all my questions. They left me plenty of time to make my choice. No pressure. This is much appreciated.They were willing to help with all my bike needs and issues.

Service has always been great. Employees very friendly and helpful and always remember me as well as bike when I talk with them. When asking about repairs many options are given according to how much I could afford and what priorities are. Repairs are done in a timely manner and usually done earlier than timeline given. Amazing overall service and recommend to any of my friends.

Always knowledgeable and helpful staff

I went to the West 10th store for a Mirrycle mirror, but there were none. (I had checked online and it said the mirrors were in stock.) The store was too crowded with bikes to walk around in easily, and was busy and chaotic. No one checked in with us to help, so we approached someone and asked about the mirrors. She checked and said the other stores had some. I asked if they were then going to bring more to the store and she didn't know. It would seem to me that the store would want to replenish its stock, no? Very puzzling. So the next day I went to the Main St store. It was calm and I was greeted immediately and helped. I got my mirror and I asked questions about the locks. The guy was extremely knowledgable and helpful. The difference between the stores is night and day. Granted, the Main St store is bigger and not so crowded, but it was a much better shopping experience.

Staff was fantastic. Engaging. Thoroughly knowledgeable and passionate about bikes. Not phoning it in. I know anyone can be hired to be polite and training in the basics of bikes if they're not already a live-breath-eat-cycling person. That's typical of specialized retail. BUT ... the staff in there are ACTUALLY really into bikes and you can't fake that. I want to single out one gentleman ... I'm sorry I forget his name ... the dude with a very long beard. 100/100.
