In an era where the concept of customer service seems to have gone by the wayside, West Point Cycles gets it. From the clearly informed review of each bicycle I looked at, to the recommendation that I get a bicycle that they didn't have in stock, I felt like my interests were being respected. Even more, after I returned several weeks later, they remembered my name (although I did spend $9,000).

Old school or not, they have my loyalty and my business. First class all the way.

Great service by the guys. I was there to see if I could replace the tube I got last Friday as it wasnt inflating. I think it was Andrew who greeted me and offered to get me a new tube right away without even looking at my receipt, then offered to just replace the new tube for me as I was holding my bike tire already. The other guy took care of it promptly and I was on my way. They took care of the labour fee which I really appreciated. I’ll be back for future fixed
