Always willing to fix my bike quickly and efficiently. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
I appreciate their wonderful customer service . I bought a light for my bike and not only did the person help me pick out the appropriate light, but willingly put it on my bike. Also the day before I had parked my bike in their parking lot to ride the trail. When I had finished the ride and was putting my bike into the back of my car one of their employees, who was taking out the trash, offered his help in getting the bike into my car.

Every time I visit the shop, they have a great selection of parts and accessories and are happy to get maintenance done on my bike.

Eric is always very helpful. Showed up with a flat tire and he said it would probably be 1 hour. He contacted me in a hour and it was fixed
I turned my bike over to Eric and friends at YNOT because my chain was skipping and jumping off. Eric also discovered that my rear brake pads were about shot so he replaced them. It’s a good thing because my very next ride a deer tried to T-Bone me while I was descending at 40 plus mph! That would have been catastrophic!

Awesome staff at the Lexington location. They had the bike there in stock that I was wanting, let me test ride it, and they helped me with the decision making on the accessories I wanted to add. Definitely recommend this place especially for novice bikers like me.
