Service was completed quickly and my bicycle was returned in better condition since it was purchased twenty-five years ago. I typically ride about 50 - 60 miles per week so it's not like it's just setting in the garage.
I was able to come on two different occasions on the same day and a flat tire on each of 2 bikes replace while stood there. The young lady who helped both times was more than excellent
She took time to explain to me how to remove the tire and allowed me to observe what she was doing. She was super.

We went in looking to change the wheels on our bikes after storm surge. Turns out the cost of just the wheels was ½ the price of the bike with other damage unknown. The manager took care of us personally. He helped us make the right decision and did a great job of getting us a fair price on new bikes and then getting them when we wanted them and getting them delivered so we didn't have to make multiple trips to get the old bikes to them. Very impressed and pleased.
