I walked into the Trek store with a bike to trade in on a new one. I met with Ryan who was knowledgeable and patient with me. He provided me with a few options and was truly trying to get me onto the correct bike for my next journey. In the end, I felt he gave me a fair deal and made it easy to transition to my next bike. I was also pleased that he transferred accessories from my previous bike to my new bike and made it easy to get on the road.
I will return to this store in the future for servicing as I feel I will be well taken care of by a group of friendly and knowledgeable bike people

Staff is pleasant and easy to work with. Knowledgeable in what bikes work best for your individual lifestyle, age, and budget. I bought the black Verve+1 Low Step (ebike) for my husband, plus upgraded the seat to Saddle C9 Comfort. My husband thoroughly enjoys the options of pedaling or petal assist in wind. Yes, there are less expensive ebikes out there, but we wanted a top of the line. Couldn't be happier. Now, I want one for myself.
